When We Are Closed
If you feel that your problem is urgent and cannot wait until the next normal surgery please call 111.
NHS 111 can offer several different types of help.
- They can give you advice on your particular problem.
- They can give you an appointment to come to see the on call doctor at Ealing Hospital Out of Hours GP Unit.
- Finally they can arrange for a deputising doctor to visit you at home if they feel it is indicated.
- If you are given an appointment for the Primary Care Centre; the nurse will give you directions how to find it.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
